1. About Halneo
Halneo is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides Sri Lankan small businesses with tools to sell online, manage inventory, process orders, and create AI-powered marketing content. Halneo is operated by Halneo (Pvt) Ltd, based in Sri Lanka.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid bank account in Sri Lanka to use paid features of Halneo. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at info@halneo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- One person or business entity may not maintain more than one free account.
- Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be authorised by that business.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Halneo offers the following subscription tiers:
- Starter: Free forever. Limited to 5 products.
- Growth: Rs. 850 per month. Up to 50 products, AI Studio access (50 images/month), advanced analytics, and WhatsApp invoicing.
- Pro: Rs. 1,500 per month. Unlimited products, unlimited AI Studio, custom domain mapping, full CRM, and priority support.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through PayHere. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at info@halneo.com for a full refund. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Halneo to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services
- Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Violate any applicable Sri Lankan or international law or regulation
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Halneo platform
- Impersonate another person or business
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Halneo, including product images, descriptions, and business information. By uploading content, you grant Halneo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.
8. AI Features
Halneo's AI features (poster generator, copywriting assistant, logo maker) are powered by third-party AI services including Google Gemini and HuggingFace. AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. Halneo is not liable for any inaccuracies or issues arising from AI-generated content.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform software, designs, logos, and branding belonging to Halneo are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Halneo platform without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Halneo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Halneo in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of planned maintenance. Halneo is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of Halneo after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
