Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Halneo offers Growth (Rs. 850/month) and Pro (Rs. 1,500/month) paid subscription plans. The following refund terms apply:

• Within 30 days of payment: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at info@halneo.com with your account email and we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
• After 30 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Partial month refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months used.

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Your account will revert to the free Starter plan after the billing period ends. Your data, products, and shop will remain accessible on the Starter plan limits.
• Cancelling does not delete your account or data.

3. Free Plan

The Starter plan is free forever. There are no charges associated with the free plan, and therefore no refunds apply.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue on our platform that prevented you from using a paid feature you subscribed for, and you reported the issue to us within the billing period, we will review your case and may offer a refund or account credit at our discretion — even outside the 30-day window.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

• Your registered email address
• Date of payment
• Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via PayHere and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
